Fujitsu Amilo Pro V2060 Sata Drivers

How to apply it to your Windows installation is written in the 1st link. lazydog31-08-2007, 11:52 AMI need the sata drivers for a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V2065 notebook so that i can load xp. Can't seem to find them. Appreciate it. weblink

While I've never done it, I would be highly surprised if Xp would install if Vista is present. wainuitech31-08-2007, 04:58 PMI've had a read thru but still no luck. lazydog31-08-2007, 04:58 PMErr, no I dont think theyre in SP1 or 2 either. Speedy Gonzales31-08-2007, 03:30 PMWell thats not quite right Wainui. click

It couldnt read a file. If i try and install using F6 i get an error "file iaStor.sys caused an unexpected error (32768) at line 2108 in D:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\oemdisc.c. If you wanted to duel boot, which I have set up many times XP & Vista, first you install XP then partition the drive ( or Vista will can do that Says it cant find any hard drives.

As a last resort I'm thinking of removing the hard drive and slaving it of my desktop computer to format it. The way you get this driver is described in the 2nd link. What do you think about my idea of removing the hd and reformatting it as a slave off my desktop computer. The boot loaders for Xp and Vista are different.

Anyone know where i can get them from. To download updates for Microsoft applications and Support Pack, please use the link on our support homepage. Any other ideas? Homepage Regards, Brian Anyone else got any ideas?

Thanks. I have done the formatting as you mention plenty of times, but that was to create a drive I could copy data to for temp storage since my extenal HD's were A mate when he brought an ASUS mobo, it wouldnt let him install XP, without the SATA drivers, and this was only for one hdd, and he's not using RAID. wainuitech31-08-2007, 01:57 PMThe only thing I could find quickly was the RAID drivers, Intel (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/filter_results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=1809&OSFullName=Windows*+XP+Home+Edition&lang=eng&strOSs=45&submit=Go%21#DRV) What happens when you try to install XP ?

Wouldn't that fix the problem ? With the F6 installation, I've tried number 4 on the list but will try number 3 as well. wainuitech31-08-2007, 06:18 PMI was just thinking - You did mention earlier on in the posts that you found the SATA drivers from the site 17Mb. The only thing i can find on the Fujitsu Siemens website is Intel® Matrix Storage Manager but thats 17mb's.

It may depend on the mobo, whether it'll need SATA drivers, and not necessarily whether you're using RAID, or not. http://directxfaq.com/fujitsu-amilo/fujitsu-amilo-pi-1505-sata-drivers.php They may or may not help. I'm using F6 method to deliver additional driver for SATA controller. How to select driver?
