Fujitsu Scansnap S510 Mac Drivers


I am starting to lose my mind as when I finally got there, it didn't have installation check…am I that crazy? It appears that Fujitsu in their infinite wisdom has now made the S1500m driver package only available via download link that is emailed to you once a request form is filled Don't you hate how Fujitsu stop releasing drivers whenever a new operating system comes out? Just download the Zipped DMG, mount it and drag the ScanSnap folder to your applications... check over here

I've been having to bring a PC laptop to work in order to get my ScanSnap S510 working since the last OS upgrade broke it. Can anyone advise?   4. I'm not sure why it would install properly, but not work - have you tested the scanner on a windows machine to make sure there's no hardware issue?
  5. If I have a chance to look into this later and can figure it out I'll post here.

  8. This article is missing the fix for the bundles which stops you from being able to Scan2Folder, or print or Scan2Mail in english.
  9. It just says there is an error and it can't install in "this environment." Lovely.

Fujitsu S510 Scanner Driver

They have a Mac OS X version called the s300m that is the one I apparently should have bought for my Macbook, while the s300 that I did buy is only https://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/fujitsu_scansnap_s510.html I doubt Fujitsu will be of any help.

You need the S300 [PC] drivers though. Scansnap S510 Twain Driver I Believe this worked for me, I then have the scans going into a folder that is watched by the PDF manager YEP and I can search within those PDFs there. Thank you so much!

All I did was follow your directions, had faith, and it worked. I will keep at it, but it looks like it will be USB scanning for a while for me.
